What does 15 years in business mean to you?

15 Years in business means that we are doing something right for the customers.  

 

Honesty  

 

15 yrs. in business means dedication. Dedication to one's self & family; dedication to those that depend on you (Customers & employees alike). In short, it displays the essence of being the good steward as depicted in the Bible.

"In all things I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive." [Acts 20:35]

Moreover, as we help others through good and moral acts, we are blessed ourselves.

 

Stable, Gained Trust and a blessing to give than to received.  

 

What do you think of when you think of a business at 15 years old?  

We are doing something right.  

 

True grit, courage to try a new scary direction, Many sleepless nights wondering how to meet payroll and pay all the bills, Blood, sweat , tears to build something you are proud of. Patience to put up with employees that don't have your vision.  

 

Does it mean more that it is a locally owned family business?  

Yes it does because family takes care of each other. SO the customer would feel the same way as well.  

 

A family owned local business that has been going for 15 years shows drive, determination, and a lot of heart. It means so much more when it’s family owned because it puts a lot of clients at ease that they know they’re working with someone who relates to them. The fact the clients keep coming back and new ones are referred shows there is a lot of trust which has brought the business to where it is now.  

 

Yes, you get an instant decision on the spot and no corruptions along the circles!  

 

What about nationally backed?  

Nationally backed means that we have someone that has our back if things goes south with our company  

 

That I would be taken care of even if something happens the company  

 

Being nationally backed shows the clients that the business puts tremendous effort into taking care of them and their families. It shows that if there is an issue or should something happen to the business the client knows they will still be handled properly for many years to come.  

 

Even better!  Resources are wide open.  

 

Lastly, what did you do for your 15th birthday?

My 15th birthday I was flying to Germany because my dad got stationed over there!!!  

 

Nothing played with friends.  

 

Lastly, I got a tattoo for my 15th Birthday.  

 

Bought a 68' Camaro with the help of my #momma growing up in Hawaii
