4.9 Youth Villages.
We are very blessed here at Frontier Basement Systems. With people who love us, jobs we love, operating with purpose and a vision. Our success is dependent on hard work, dedication, consistency, but more importantly the support of others. Support from our loved ones, other dealers, coworkers, and customers.
We want to be sure that we are giving back to the community. Being a part of something bigger than ourselves is very humbling and it is important to help those around us.
An email was sent out and flyers posted asking team members to bring in any gently used kid or teens clothing to a drop box here at the office. We were also accepting backpacks, duffel bags, or smaller luggage for the kids to be able to take their things to different foster homes since a lot of them have to use plastic bags to carry their personal things.
The box was out for one week and our team members donated 92 items.
Youth Villages is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to helping emotionally and behaviorally troubled children and their families live successfully. They help more than 22,000 children and families each year from across the country. Using the Evidentiary Family Restoration® approach involves intensive work with the child and family, a focus on measuring outcomes, keeping children in the community whenever safely possible, and providing accountability to families and founders.
