WOW Service is using our incredible customer service skills to stand out among the rest of the contractors in the area. Everyone that works at Frontier Basement Systems is in customer service, and our goal is to make our customers happy. We take pride in our company and our culture by not being like the rest.

Layne and Judy’s faces are on almost every advertisement and we have a “Meet the Team” page full of our employees. We are not just a three letter company promising to do a job well; we are actual people that care about the customer and their needs. From the very beginning when the customer notices a problem and they call the appointment center and speak to Adam about how their crawl space is flooding, to listening to advice from Nick from the sales department, to watching Alex tear out their moldy insulation, to Jenn following up with them about how everything went, and absolutely everyone they speak to anywhere in between.. we are giving them WOW Service.

While we do have amazing products, we truly stand out by giving our customers our best efforts, by WOWing them and making them excited to tell the world how amazing we are via reviews and referrals. We understand that we would not be where we are without them.
