The definition of passion is “a strong and barely controllable emotion.”

It is important to have Passion as one of our values, because without it we would just be “meh.” When you’re passionate about something, deeply passionate, “meh” just doesn’t cut it. Passion has no room for So-so, 6/10, or it’ll do... it’s all in. Something you devote your time to and try to make better every day. Being passionate isn’t all good and happy, sometimes it’s stress and heartache. You put a little bit of you in it and give it everything you have, perfecting your passion. You fixate on it and its near obsession, but not just quite. That drive and emotion makes you look at all the possibilities.

We all have different things in which we are madly passionate about, but it’s important to bring a little bit of that passionate into work with us.
