Water management under the Garage Door

Water leaking into a basement garage is pretty common. But that does not mean you have to tolerate it.

You can replace the weather stripping on the garage door, keep leaves and other debris clear, hope that the concrete of the driveway slopes down and away, and not into the garage.

Frontier offers a trench drain for spaces where other perimeter drainage systems like DryTrak or WaterGuard will not work. The trench drain does need to flow somewhere though.

If you have a full perimeter system it will tie perfectly into that system and to the sump pump.

If you do not have or need any additional areas protected and the design allows it may have a positive drain. The collected water will be directed to flow to an area further away from the home at the necessary slope or grade.
