Manager Monday feat. Jesus Bravo

Welcome to Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space's first ever Manager Monday, where we will be spotlighting our managers from week to week. Let's get to know Jesus Bravo!

What is your job title?  Production Director.

How long have you worked for Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair?  Ten years. 

What are your main responsibilities?  I oversee the Production office, warehouse and shop.

How did you become interested in you field?  I have always worked construction, even before I graduated high school. 

What do you like most about your work?  Helping our customers with their biggest investment. Also, seeing people grow professionally with our company.

What are some of the challenges you've overcome while working at Frontier?  There's a lot, but I always look at things from the positive side.

What new skills have you learned while being at Frontier?  Becoming a better manager.

If you weren’t doing this job, what would your second choice be?  Structural Engineer.

What advice would you give to someone who would choose your field?  Take it step by step and learn as much as you can. Hard work pays off.

If you had a choice between two superpowers, invisibility or flying, which would you choose and why?  Flying because I love to travel and it would make it easy to see the world.
