Manager Monday feat. Taigan Prow
I am pleased to announce today's Manager Monday spotlight, Taigan Prow! Taigan hired and trained me and she was so thorough that I had no problem slipping right into my job here. She's soft-spoken and sweet and has a love for Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair that is contagious. I'm proud to introduce Taigan to you all!
What is your job title? Appointment Center Coach
How long have you work for FBS? 1 year and 1 month
What are your main responsibilities? Ensure our customers have the best possible first experience with our company!
How did you become interested in your field? I have been in a customer service role for my entire career. Was excited to branch out of retail into the home repair industry.
What do you like most about your work? I love making the customer feel confident that the right people are coming out to their home and taking a look at their concerns.
What are some of the challenges you’ve overcome while working at FBS? Probably that you can’t always make the customer happy. But you can show empathy for that person and the situation that they are in.
What new skills have you learned while being at FBS? Taking the “HEAT” with an upset customer.
If you weren’t doing this job, what would your second choice be? My dream would be to run a boutique Inn. Somewhere close to a beach.
What advice would you give someone who would choose your field? Go for it! It’s fulfilling to be able guide someone in the right direction when it comes to making repairs for their home. I love that that process starts with Customer Care.
If you had a choice between two superpowers, invisibility or flying, which would you choose and why? Well, considering I am afraid of heights… My choice would have to be invisibility.
