Manager Monday feat. Adam Miracle

Today's Manager spotlight is on Adam Miracle, our Service Deptartment manager. Our service department has been hopping, lately, with all the rain we've been having in the area. Adam is rarely in the office as he is mostly visiting customers and checking on their basement or crawl space systems installed by us. 

What is your job title?  Service manager 

How long have you work for FBS?  3 yrs

What are your main responsibilities?  In charge of teaching and training techs as well as helping clients with questions and concerns.

How did you become interested in your field?  I've known the Gebers for many years and when Dustin asked if I wanted a job I said I'm in!

What do you like most about your work?  Being able to help clients keep their homes healthy and happy.

What are some of the challenges you’ve overcome while working at FBS?  Building a service department.

What new skills have you learned while being at FBS?  When I came here I knew nothing about waterproofing and foundation repair so learning all that.

If you weren’t doing this job, what would your second choice be?  I did HVAC before this so probably that.

What advice would you give someone who would choose your field?  Read and learn everything you can about this line of work and never stop.

If you had a choice between two superpowers, invisibility or flying, which would you choose and why?  Flying of course! No traffic!
