Let it rain In Tennessee & Kentucky!

In the Clarksville area, it has been drought season. There have been a few rains, some lasting for days on end, but the ground is definately still dry. About an hour ago, the sky opened up and it started to pour! The lights started flickering in the office building (thank you back up generator)...there came a storm for sure! The first thing that came to mind was flooding...I looked out the window and the obvious puddles are starting to form in the lawn, but what about your basement and crawlspace?
