Challenge
Frontier Basement Systems had a unique opportunity to transform a homeowners basement/garage into usable living space. These particular homeowners moved into this home as their retirement home and plan on being in this particular residence for the rest of their lives. They did not have water issues but wanted a family room, bathroom and bedroom out of this previously unusable space! They had several bids for this home contracting project and decided to go forward with our company because of how professional we are!
Solution
In order to provide these homeowners with everything they were wanting, we had to do a lot of construction work to get the space ready for the transformation. We removed black support poles and added steel beams and smart jacks for support. We installed a full bathroom package, ThermalDry Insulated Tiles for flooring, BrightWall Paneling, EverLast Wall Panels, Recessed can lights and more. Now this space is not only comfortable and functional but also added living space, and added value to their home!
