Challenge

For the past 6 years this Clarksville basement has been leaking with every heavy rain. Waiting for the water with each rain, anticipating the mess and clean up is very stressfull. The water has caused damage to personal belonging and mold in the home. The family plans on staying in this home forever and is looking for the best permanent solution.

Solution

Carbon Armor wall supports were used to reinforce the basements block wall. These I-beam wall braces secure the wall and prevent further damage. The Waterguard drainage system installed just underneath the perimeter edge of the basement floor. TripleSafe Single sump pump was installed to pump water out of the home and away from the foundation.

Basement walls are strong and supported once again. WaterGuard drainage systems makes waterproofing concrete block foundation walls possible. This basement is now safe and water controlled providing peace of mind for this homeowner.
