With previous experience as a foreman of an 8-person crew, Tony knows how to run a job properly. In his foreman role at Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, He is responsible for overseeing each job to completion. Each leader takes responsibility for assembling appropriate tools and equipment, assigning tasks to installers, and moving the job toward completion to ensure efficiency and quality. He is also responsible for keeping the customer up-to-date and ensuring satisfaction with each job. His favorite part of the job is seeing the results as well as seeing the pleased look on a homeowner’s face after their home’s concrete has been repaired.
Tony has a big family (8 in total), and they enjoy taking trips to exciting places like amusement parks!
