Jake joins the Frontier Customer Care Team with experience in customer service as he assisted his mom with her own bakery. He enjoys working with everyone in the office as well as assisting customers book their free inspections.
In his spare time, he enjoys gaming, working out, and hanging out with his chameleon Ditto.
