Less than user friendly basement
This family has used this basement for just about everything but never been able to truly enjoy the space. Multiple projects and attempts to add value to such a large area have fallen short as schedules stayed busy.
Box-out Ductwork-w/suspended ceiling
After securing existing duct work, the next step was to build a frame around it for the drop ceiling. The drop ceiling will conceal the duct work, electrical wires, and plumbing running along the floor joist of the home's main level.
EverLast Wall w/Metal Studs
The room was framed out with metal studs for the EverLast wall system. The EverLast wall system provides insulation, will not mold or mildew, and looks attractive.
