Site Preparation
Using a small excavator the area is cleared ready to install the RockWell Egress Window System.
Proper Drainage
After the light one piece unit has been set in place drainage gravel is placed at the bottom of the well and this will drain any water collected through the new drain line and away from the property.
Letting the light in
As functional as the are aesthetic, the RockWell allows for a person of any size to escape from the basement and can accommodate rescue personnel. It even includes built in steps to aid a quick exit.
Texture & color of real stone
Once fully installed the high strength composite will never rust. It will not collapse from back fill pressure and withstand extreme temperatures.
