This customer in Hendersonville, TN called our office to set up an annual maintenance for their WaterGuard, TripleSafe complete sump pump and replace their SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The dehumidifier was throwing a low refrigerate code. Upon inspection of the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, we found it to have a low refrigerate code, so we replaced it with a refurbished Sedona dehumidifier. It's now in proper working condition with no problems.   Upon inspection of the TripleSafe sump pump, we found that it is in proper working condition except for the battery backup pump. We installed a new battery backup pump to fix the issue. Their TripleSafe complete was in proper working condition.  Upon inspection of the WaterGuard we found that it is in proper working condition with no blockages or standing water.
