Photo Album: SmartJacks in Nashville, TN

This commercial customer in Nashville, TN had an apartment complex with units showing floor sagging, cracks in the interior walls, and moisture in the crawl space. To address the structural issues causing cracks and floor sagging we had to stabilize the entire structure. We installed a total of 16 supplemental support beams under the flooring and 32 SmartJacks throughout the entire crawl space. After this part of the project was completed, we could then move on to addressing the moisture issue.
