This customer in Athens, AL noticed they had moisture in their crawl space. To address the issue before more damage could be caused, we came out and completed a full crawl space encapsulation. After we cleaned out all the debris, we started the encapsulation process. This included adding drainage matting, EZ Flo, CleanSpace, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any moisture from the air. Now they have a clean, dry crawl space that they can use for more storage space!

Drainage matting is added to flooring allowing any water to flow under it into the EZ Flo, through the drainage lines and out of the crawl space

Starting the CleanSpace Install

CleanSpace is being installed on the concrete block walls to block moisture and water out. It will flow down the wall into the EZ Flo, through the sump pump and out the drainage lines
