Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Nebo, KY

When this homeowner in Nebo, KY, began noticing the ill effects of a nasty crawl space, such as musty odors being blown up into the home's living areas, they contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair for help. Once our crew arrived on site, they began clearing out the debris from inside the crawl space. After removing the old, tattered vapor barrier, we rolled out our innovative drainage matting. Over the matting, we applied a CleanSpace vapor barrier. Along the walls and around the crawl space's columns, a thinner version of our CleanSpace barrier was also applied. This new barrier seals off the crawl space from water. To control the humidity levels and prevent mold growth, our crew installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. As a finishing touch, we replaced the old, wooden crawl space door with our EverLast crawl space door.
