Crawl Space Before Project Begins
Moisture, mold and falling, failing insulation are problems in this crawl space, which hasn't been properly sealed.

Debris Removed
All the debris has been removed from this crawl space and the new waterproofing products can be installed.

Crawl Spaced Cleaned Out
After debris is all cleaned out, it is ready for the project to begin. Crawl space sealing and insulation will help you avoid unnecessary repairs, create a healthier living space, and save money on your utility bills. And once you've encapsulated your crawl space with a vapor barrier, you've gained valuable storage space in your home.

Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is installed. This dimpled plastic sheet material promotes good drainage over the entire crawl space floor.

Sump Pump
This customer had a sump pump in the crawl space, so during our encapsulation installation process we exchanged the container and serviced the sump pump to make sure it was working properly.

SilverGlo Panels
SilverGlo™ combines highly effective graphite-impregnated insulation with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface. This gives your crawl space walls an unbroken plane of R-11 insulation, while sealing your walls from outside moisture and humidity infiltration.

SaniDry Sedona
The Sedona easily fits in small crawl spaces, yet has a powerful blower to effectively dry large crawl spaces. Mold and mildew are common in crawl spaces, but the Sedona keeps the relative humidity below 55%, so mold won't stand a chance. As a high-efficiency dehumidifier, the Sedona removes more moisture (100 pints per day) for less electricity cost than conventional models.

Encapsulation Complete
Encapsulation is completed with CleanSpace, Spray foam insulation, and SilveGlo panels.

New Framing
New framing is built out for the installation of the new secure crawl space door.

EverLast™ Crawl Space Door
Our EverLast™ Crawl Space Doors are created with ½" thick solid plastic, and they will never rust, rot, or need paint. Sturdy knobs allow for easy access and ensure a tight seal for many years to come.
