Delayed completion 10 days, when the crew could have come back 1.5 days later and finished. Left 5 holes open through really bad weather. Crew was great. Decision making in upper management scheduling, not so much. Phone staff was very kind and helpful. Couldn't understand why you wouldn't finish the job before starting another one. Outcome seems to be what we expected and the result is very good.
