Our Overall Service

Work was contracted to take 7-10 days however work started Nov. 28 and completed Jan. 31. (62 days) For clarification the work consisted of outside scope and inside scope. The scope inside the basement was completed in 2. 5 days and was totally in compliance with the agreed to solution to control basement flooding. The second part was on the outside to carry the water from the basement away from the buildings foundation as well as intercepting the surface water run-off from the hill next door. The outside scope was delayed for 2 months.

Call Representative

The assigned project manager that communicated with me were pleasant, friendly and communicated a desire to help me get the project completed but once the schedule started slipping by several weeks there were few calls to communicate ongoing status or plans to complete.

Sales Process

The salesan (Russell Gregson) did a good job of developing a scope to resolve both the basement flooding from the inside as well as the outside.

Our Installation Crew

Due to the two phases of the project (inside & outside) and the extended duration multiple foremen were assigned. Jesus accomplished the inside work in a timely manner and the final work was very professional. Eventually (two months later) the outside work was assigned to Tristan Baker's crew. Tristan walked out the project scope with me and assessed the site was too congested to safely use excavation equipment therefore it would require hand digging a ditch. This ditch would accomplish two purposes. One to direct the basement water to the rear of the complex. The second to serve as a curtain drain to intercept surface water run-off from the hill next to the complex and direct it away from the building's foundation. The final product was well done and should function as designed. However the material quantities and marked up photo scope he was provided were not consistent with the contractual scope. This necessitated additional conversations with the salesman, some changes to his execution plan and trips back to the office. This added an extra day on site to complete the project. Overall Tristan did a good job insuring that the two systems he installed would function in an optimum fashion.

The Cleanup Process

The site was left in good condition.
