All services and follow-up were good, with the exception of the electrician. He didn't show up when promised on two occasions, and Frontier never followed up to make sure that he arrived or that he completed the job on either of the occasions. I had to call to let them know that he hadn't shown up.
I called to let Frontier know that the electrician hadn't shown up on 12/31, and there wasn't anyone in the office who knew anything about it. The person who answered seemed more focused on leaving at 1 for the holiday rather than making sure that the issue was resolved.
Paul was great. We enjoyed having him in our home, and he wasn't pushy.
Alejandro was great to deal with!! I enjoyed talking to him while he was here. He was very nice.
The basement was left in great condition after the crew left. Other than the expected dust, the area was left very clean.
