I investigated different services online and your company seemed to do what I needed. We will know for sure, however, after we've had three days of nonstop rain. This was always when our basement flooded. I'm confident your system will take care of this problem. We only wished a drain could have been installed from the outside area, right outside the door where a drain is stopped up. We mentioned this to everyone, from the salesperson to the installation crew, to his manager. They said it could not be done and still have the warranty in effect. That would have really been a perfect completion to the problem we have.
