We live in Old Hickory, TN and struggled with moisture in our crawlspace and sinking/uneven floors in our 70 year old home. We had Frontier install a leveling system as well as install moisture barrier and dehumidifier in our crawlspace. Our floors are leveled and more importantly, we're confident that the settling has stopped and our house will be sturdy for another 70 years. Our crawlspace is so neat, clean and dry we'll never worry about microbial growth on a hot July day, or worry about water running into our crawlspace in a deluge.Sandy T was our foreman. She called before arrival both days and told us exactly what to expect and how long it would take. She and her crew did a great job, delivering what was promised, on time and with no surprises.She let us know what other things she saw that needed attention (leaky wash machine drain hose).
