Misrepresented the repair. My goal was for concrete slab leveling but only stabilization could be achieved. The sales person should have been capable of making me aware of this prior to signing a contract. This was not explained but after reviewing the contract it is somewhat listed as a possibility.
I was told by the estimator that I would receive a call to set up the appointment, after several weeks had passed I called him to ask why I hadn't been contacted.
