It was so great to deal with a trustworthy salesperson, Chad (who did not try to sell me services I didn't need), and to deal with a lead crew person (Fernando) who had been with the company for over ten years.
Chad Kues was amazing. He asked about my specific concerns and spent many hours assessing the reasons for my cold rooms, showed me with his instruments where the problems were, and came up with very cost effective solutions. He also explained the problems and suggestions thoroughly.
Fernando and his assistants were respectful, courteous and got the job done expediently!
