This customer in Scottsville, KY had bowing foundational walls and issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors using a 12 in x 28 in wall support. We also installed a WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, with a TrenchDrain. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines. To keep any water discharge away from the structure we installed a LawnScape Outlet or Well to drain water from gutters or drains away from the structure. We also added a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. These products will greatly reduce the chance of flooding again.
