Home owner was having issues with ponding water in his crawl space even tho he has a sump pump all ready installed. He informed us that it was not one of our pumps. He wasn't sure who had installed it, and wanted to know if we could come out to have a look at it. It was foretasted to have a lot of rain coming and didn't want to have his crawl space flooded. When we got there we found that the pump was not working. told him he would need a new one. He informed us that they lose power often. So we told him about our Trip;e Save Sum Pump with a battery back-up for cases just like that.
