Solution

Frontier's Solution:

  - Pump and humidifier installation after proper foundational repairs were performed on their home/ crawl space.

  - Annual maintenance to foundation repairs previously performed on home; appropriate adjustments based on the way the previous homeowner's had attempted to fix the foundational issues. 

  - Removal of sealant placed in the cracks that were prevalent and replaced the problem with the solution of beams placed under the home to support structure/ decrease leaks.  

  - Lining and matting placed into crawl space to water proof the area which led to the homeowner refraining from avoiding the area; utilizing this area as another space of their home. 

  - DES (Doctor Energy Saver) materials used inside and around home in order to decrease the utility bill and also to lower the influx of heat noticed during warmer days.
