Front Porch
Additional discharge lines were added to extend 10" away from the home to discharge water.
Waterproofing Measures
4 feet of foundation wall was exposed, pressure washed and then a vapor barrier applied to ensure that water is unable to penetrate through the rock.
Finished Look
After a layer of gravel is laid down over the perforated PVC pipe, the entire area is back filled and the soil graded from the property to finish.
