Discharge Lines
A discharge lines carries water pumped form the home away from the basement walls and foundation. The IceGuard system protects both discharge lines should the outlets become blocked with snow or ice. The LawnScape Outlet enable water to escape in an area with little to no pitch.
Water Collection System
WaterGuard is a sub-floor drainage system that sits on the footing of the foundation. A small flange sets it just off the wall to collect any water into the specially designed piping system and preventing unsightly gaps or clogs.
CleanSpace Liner
The CleanSpace Wall System provides a 20 mil think vapor barrier and covers the less attractive walls in the utility area.
