The liner is a below-grade perforated house for the the pumps, WaterWatch Alarms closed off with an airtight lid. The WaterWatch alarm prevents moisture form escaping from the sump pump liner and alerts the homeowner in the event of pump failure or power outage.
Wet Block
The darker block in the corner shows where the water is coming through and one of the areas the basement holds moisture.
Wall Recovery
The lower portion of the wall is removed and discarded. Non-organic materials are healthier for basements. Non-porous materials will not absorb water, mold, or mildew.
