Weep Holes Drilled in Preparation
Space along the wall is jack hammered out to make space for the WaterGuard. The seep holes are drilled at the bottom of the wall, so trapped water can escape from the hollow parts inside the cement.
WaterGuard Installed
The WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system has a patented profile that includes a wall flange with spacers for collecting wall seepage, channel holes that allow ground water to enter the drain line, and a large-diameter channel that can't crush or kink like standard plastic drain tile can.
TrenchDrain Installed
The TrenchDrain is great at collecting surface water. It consists of a drainage channel with a removable, flush-fitting grated cover. Because both parts are made from heavy-duty reinforced plastic, you'll never need to worry about breakage, corrosion, moisture damage or maintenance.
Sump Pump and Products Cemented In
The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are cemented in and ready to lead water to the TripleSafe Sump Pump! The Pump is a three-pump system that adjusts automatically to meet pumping requirements, plus it has a battery operated pump in case of a power outage!
