We drilled seep holes to release the trapped water in the brick and jackhammered out space for the WaterGuard to go.

The WaterGuard has a small "lip" on it to collect water from the walls and it can also collect water from the surface area.

The WaterGuard is cemented (you can barely see the top of the "lip"!) and the TripleSafe Sump Pump is installed! Our TripleSafe Pump has a three-pump system that adjusts automatically to meet pumping requirements and can pump 2,600 gallons of water per hour.

IceGuard can protect against frozen discharge lines that would flood your space. It gives the collected water a place to go in case of freezing weather.
