We all have (The Little Things) But as we know these little things if not taken care can turn into big issues, As this homeowner was finding out. An old nasty crawlspace door was letting in, the cold, the rain, and the critters. The critters were tearing down the insulation (making nice and warm for them) but making the floors in the home cold and drafty, the heating bills go up and letting the rainwater in. Then found out not all sump pumps drain water from the top, most drain from the bottom keeping the groundwater out, if you have water coming in from the top all you get is a basement full of water. To top everything off the concrete had started to crack... So he made the call. We came out Put in a nice EverLast door, a SuperSump Pump and filled and sealed the concrete.

EverLast CrawlSpace Door

The EverLast Door, is an all-plastic door, that wont rot,warp, or need painted, and the bugs wont eat it. Knobs scews into anchors in the wall to draw the door tight against the weather- stripping to seal for a nice air tight fit, keeping out, the cold, rain, and critters.

Super Sump Pump

Our Super Sump Pump has a floor drain in the Sump Pump lid so it is designed to drain from where ever the water is coming from. With a specially designed cup and ball underneath the floor drain so the water goes down but does not let the moist air come back up. this is to help prevent the moister from getting back into your basement (crawl space).
