Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Trench Drain in Nashville
This homeowner had finally had enough! It wasn’t a major issue, but it was enough to just aggravate. She was dealing with standing water in her car port, every time it would rain there was a huge puddle. It would take a couple days before it would dry up completely. Unfortunately, there was more times with puddles then without. She would have to step out of her car and right into a puddle of water. We all know how aggravating this can be. But it was time to act!
She knew she didn’t want to just jump into someone putting some kind of a drain system in. She wanted it done right and be cost effective, so she did her homework. She had a few different estimates done, talked to a few different companies on what they thought would fix her problem once and for all, she talked to neighbors, family and friends. She heard good things about the company (with the couple under the umbrella) Frontier Basement Systems. So she called us, she liked how friendly the appointment center was with helping her get someone out there as soon as possible. She really like how informative the design specialist was, how he took the time to listen to her and explain what he was talking about to her. After much consideration she decided that Frontier would be the best to do her job. They decided something simple would actually fix her problem, our crew would only be there for a day. They were going to dig a trench and install what’s called a Trench Drain along with a discharge line that would take the water far away from her home and car port. With a lawn scape outlet.
