Seep Holes

Holes are drilled in your brick wall to release built up water tension. The perimeter of the basement has been jackhammered out to make room for the WaterGuard.

WaterGuard Installation

The WaterGuard is made to collect ground surface and water and water from the wall. After it is covered with cement, the lip hanging out is barely noticeable!

Once installed, BrightWall panels will direct wall seepage down to perimeter drain lines that carry water to a sump pump. The WaterGuard has also been installed and cemented over, except for the "lip" that collects water from the wall.
