The owners of this home in Fairview Tennessee were having water problems with their basement. They wanted to be able to utilize this space for extra storage as well as extra living space but were unable to because every time it rained everything got ruined. They contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a free inspection and our company sent out a design specialist. Together with the homeowners it was decided that WaterGuard and a TripleSafe sump pump were the right solutions for this home.

WaterGuard

A trench is dug into the basement floor and after the WaterGuard is inserted. The WaterGuard is used to collect all the water that seeps in from the edge of the foundation.

TripleSafe

A TripleSafe sump pump is installed, this is another water mitigation system. This collects all the water that the WaterGuard has collected and takes it out and away from the home, ensuring the water does not return.

All Smooth.

After the WaterGuard as well as the TripleSafe are installed and ready to go our crew fills in any voids and smooths everything over.

To ensure the water that has been collected by both the WaterGuard as well as the TripleSafe do not return to the home we have to ensure the water is taken far enough from the home. This is why smart pipe is installed.
