This basement in Franklin Tennessee was having some problems with water getting into their basement. Every time there was a heavy rainwater would leak in from the floor joints of their basement floor. Wanting to get this issue resolved they reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for a solution. Frontier sent a design specialist to their home to go over their concerns. Together with the homeowner it was decided that installing WaterGuard, a TripleSafe sump pump and a drain line was the right solution for this home.

Water Guard

Water Guard is designed to collect water that seeps in from cracks in the wall as well as along floor joints, perfect for this home. After it is installed cement is put over top and everything is smoothed out, making it almost impossible to notice.

TripleSafe

After water is collected by the WaterGuard it is taken to the TripleSafe sump pump.

Drain Line.

A trench is dug and a drain line is placed inside underneath the earth. This is to ensure no tripping or unsightly drain lines in your yard. This line is long enough to ensure the water does not come back to the home.
