Trench
A trench is dug into the perimeter of the basement walls and this is where the WaterGuard will be put in.
WaterGuard
After the WaterGuard is installed everything is cemented and smoothed over. WaterGuard is designed to collect all of the water from the walls and from along the floor joists ensuring the water does not get into the basement!
TripleSafe
A TripleSafe sump pump is very important, it collects all the water from the WaterGuard and transports it outside to the drain line.
Drain Line
A trench is dug outside and a drain line is put inside and covered back up. We burry this drain line to ensure there is no unsightly pipes running through the yard or tripping hazards. This drain line is long and far enough from the home to ensure the water does not return! All of these systems working together ensures a dry basement.
