Before Photo
This is what the homeowners crawl space looked like before our crew got in there and cleaned everything out.
Drainage Matting
After everything is cleaned out and leveled the next step is drainage matting. Drainage matting is designed to allow water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier.
CleanSpace
After the drainage matting CleanSpace is put down next and is a 20-mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of the crawl space.
TripleSafe
All the water and moisture that is collected underneath the drainage matting and vapor barrier is taken to the TripleSafe sump pump. This pump than takes the water and redirects it outside to the drainline.
Door
Replacing the door of a crawl space is often vital. After taking all the precautions to ensure the crawl space is nice and dry and free of bugs it would be shame for the door not to be sealed properly. Our doors are sealed from the inside and ensure none of that moisture can get in. Plus it looks much better than most of the fiber board doors that come standard with a home.
Drainline
The drain line takes the water collected from the inside of the crawl space and redirects it away from the home and far enough to ensure the water does not return.
