These homeowners in Dawson Springs Kentucky were having problems with water getting into their basement. They contacted Frontier Basement Systems for a solution. Frontier sent a design specialist to their home to address their concerns. Together with the homeowners it was decided that a full perimeter of Water Guard and a TripleSafe sump pump were the right solutions for this home. The homeowners can now relax knowing they have a dry basement.

Installing Water Guard

A trench is dug around the perimeter of the basement and this is where the Water Guard will be installed. Water Guard is designed to collect water from seeping walls and along the floor joints. This water is than taken to the TripleSafe sump pump which collects and directs the water outside.

Smooth!

After the Water Guard and TripleSafe are installed they are cemented over and everything is smoothed out to ensure everything looks nice and smooth.

Drain Line

A trench is dug for the drain line and covered over to ensure there is no tripping hazards or unsightly pipes in the yard. This drain line is long enough and far enough away from the home to ensure that the water does not return.
