These homeowners in Lexington Tennessee had a unique but not completely uncommon situation with their basement. It is actually a basement and crawl space combined and they were having water problems in both areas. Our crew actually went in and installed CleanSpace in the crawl space section and did a perimeter of WaterGuard in the section that was a basement. The results for the homeowners is a nice and dry basement and crawl space.

Trench

Before the WaterGuard can be installed a trench needs to be dug around the perimeter of the basement floor.

After the WaterGuard is fit into place and secured it is cemented over to ensure it looks the best for the homeowner.

TripleSafe

A TripleSafe sump pump is designed to take all the water collected by the WaterGuard out and away from the home ensuring the water does not return.

CleanSpace

CleanSpace was installed on the side of the home that had a crawl space. This was a tall crawl space and the homeowners wanted to be able to utilize this space for extra storage. The results are stunning!
