These homeowners in Orlinda Tennessee were struggling with lots of water in their basement. Every time it rained the water would just rush in, damaging a lot of their belongings. Frustrated and concerned for their home they contacted Frontier for a free inspection and a design specialist was sent to their home to address their concerns. Together with the homeowners it was decided that a full perimeter and Dry Trak and a drain line was the right solution for their home.

The plans!
This is a layout of their basement and the plan to correct their problems. The dry trak would take all of the water seeping in through the walls and redirect it outside. This drain line would be long enough to ensure that the water does not return.
