Cracks
You can see the cracks have been present for so long that grass is actually starting to grow. The faster an issue like this can be resolved the easier, quicker, and cheaper.
Crawl space
This is what the homeowner's crawl space looked like before we got in there cleaned and leveled everything out. Put some drainage matting down and CleanSpace which is a 20mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space.
