Before Photo
You can see a lot of water in the crawl space. This makes a home unable to sell as well as creating an environment that mold can grow.
Growth
We cannot say for sure without testing. But the only thing mold needs to grow is a little bit of moisture and some growth. This crawl space was the perfect environment.
Drainage Matting
Drainage matting is next and is a dimpled plastic designed to allow water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier without getting in the crawl space.
All Finished!
All finished and so pretty! This is our CleanSpace which is a 20 mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space.
