Water
Look at all that water! This is one of the more severe cases that we have seen.
Drainage Matting
The first thing we did after cleaning everything out and leveling it was to lay drainage matting. Drainage matting is a dimpled plastic that allows water and moisture to flow freely underneath the vapor barrier.
CleanSpace
Next is CleanSpace, CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out of a crawl space. This goes on top of the drainage matting.
Drainage Line
After all the water is collected from the basement, we have to redirect it outside. We bury the drainage line underneath the ground to ensure no one trips. It also looks better this way!
