Waterproofing Basement
To reduce water in this basement, we installed our waterproofing system of pipes called WaterGuard. The pipes lead water to the TripleSafe sump pump and further pumps it out of the basement. On the right is SedonaDry dehumidifier that reduces moisture and mold. It can be installed in any basement or crawl space to control the environment.
Waterproofing System
The sump pump pumps water outside of the basement, where the water escapes through drainage pipes. The outlet is at least 10 feet away from the house. What you see in this photo is called IceGuard - it kicks in when there is too much water or ice present and serves as an additional support to the TripleSafe sump pump. It ensures the system can successfully pump out water even during extremely high volumes for example during a flood.
SedonaDry Dehumidifier
In the background on the wall you can see wall beam system that we previously installed to stabilize the basement walls. This time, the homeowners called us to waterproof the basement. It's a nice livable space and they use it as a laundry room.
