As a temporary solution to fight moisture and humidity, the homeowners used this fan. We are so glad we were able to help with this basement and install a proper waterproofing system!

The WaterGuards pipe system is buried underneath the concrete. It will capture all excess water during heavy rains from now on and lead it to the sump pump.

In case debris would get in the pipe system that lies underneath the concrete, we installed this access point in the corners to be able to easily get to the source of clogging and comfortable clean it.

We install outlets at least 10 feet away from the basement to ensure water doesn't flow back in the basement once its pumped out thanks to the sump pump.
